National Indoor Arena Dublin

The second phase will provide permanent indoor facilities for Ireland’s three leading field sports: Gaelic Games (GAA), Football/Soccer (FAI) and Rugby (IRFU). These will be used by all of the Ireland international Men’s and Women’s teams. Ancillary facilities, including changing and player rooms, offices and meeting rooms, will also be delivered as part of this phase in the development. MGA Communication Ltd are delighted to have been awarded the Public Address/Voice Alarm System contract.

Marylebone Boys' School & Dudley House

In the centre of the Paddington basin regeneration, a 22 storey residential tower and seven-storey secondary school for boys for Westminster City Council is being created. This comes with associated sports facilities on the roof and in the basement. Called Dudley House, they are 197 homes available for intermediate rent which will be available to people living or working in Westminster and provide a mix of one and two bedroom living. The school will be a permanent new home for Marylebone Boys' School. This scheme also includes a church along with the school, which is a self-contained part of the development.


Jewish Care WOHL Court Hendon

Dairy Hall Leisure Centre Newtownards

Dairy Hall Leisure Centre is a new state of the art complex that will replace the existing leisure centre at William Street, Newtownards. The new £30M Leisure Facility at Dairy Hall will act as the primary leisure destination for Newtownards and the surrounding area. Inside the centre there will be 3 swimming pools, gym, spa facilities, spin & dance studios, 6-court sports hall, changing areas, internal play areas, support spaces, party rooms, café and kitchen area. The outdoor facilities are to include a 60m x 43m covered pitch, External play areas, Adventure Park and Skate Park and a proposed external BMX/Mountain Bike track.
